Based on consumption statistics for pasta (25,000 tons in 2017) and substitute products in Niger, the project consists of creating a food production industry, composed of: '- A wheat mill; - A pasta production line; - A couscous production line; - A semolina porridge production line; - A test lab. The key success factors of this innovating project are Niger’s economic growth estimated at 5.5% and its demographic growth. Projections are for a global production of 10,000 tons in 2018 and 20,000 tons in 2022.
